At CarLinez, all products are custom-made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you before it is shipped.
1. Processing Time
All orders require 3–12 business days for production before shipping.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization complexity, and seasonal demand.
2. Shipping Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

3. Shipping Delays
CarLinez is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

External factors beyond our control (weather, holidays, etc.)
Delays do not qualify for refunds.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking number.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

If a package is returned to us, reshipping may require an additional fee.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
CarLinez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
