This website is operated by CarLinez. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CarLinez. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

3. Products and Services

All products sold are custom-made and produced upon order.
We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact representation due to screen differences.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are made to order and require a processing time of approximately 3–12 business days.

Estimated shipping times:

United States: approximately 10–20 business days
International: may vary depending on destination

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs or external factors beyond our control.

5. Custom Orders

Customers may request custom designs. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

For standard custom designs, CarLinez retains the right to reuse or resell the design.
For business-specific designs (such as logos), ownership belongs to the customer and will not be resold.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item is damaged upon arrival
The item received is incorrect

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements.

7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

8. Billing & Payments

We accept payments through secure payment gateways, including PayPal.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.

9. Limitation of Liability

CarLinez shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
